Howdy! Our beach Vacation Condo is two bedrooms suite with one king bed and queen bed on North Padre Island, The safest place in Corpus Christi. Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. one couch bed in the living room so sleeps 6 total. We have fishing dock and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping. The space The next-door unit is available for more families and friends. Our home has the greatest bay view on the widest canal on the second floor at the north padre island. Easy to the Packary Cannel for fishing boats. Conveniently located and walk to all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping. Mustang island beach is only a bridge over. (5mins drive) Whitecap Beach is 5 mins drive also. Port Aransas is 15 mins drive Seashore national Park is 10 mins drive Texas A&M is 10 mins drive Downtown Corpus Christi is 20 mins drive Corpus Christi Airport is a 20mins drive Driscoll hospital and Spohn south hospital is 20 mins drive What I like about my space. 1. The View from the bedroom and private patio 2. Security guard on site 24 hours. 3. Fishing Dock at the widest canal. 6. Short access to the bay to fish 7. a lot of boat slip available for the guests 8. Fishing dock and swimming pool right under my unit 9. So close to the beaches. Mustang Island is 5 mins drive. Whitecap is 5 mins drive.
