The home features three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and 1 full bathroom, and sleeps 9. Enjoy the peace and serenity that comes with more than 800' of shorefront and limited neighboring houses. Bring your boat, or rent one in town; the cottage has a dock with boat tie-up. The property is drive-down with minimal steps down to the lake. The space Arland's Cove on Rye Point is a rustic family cottage. Relax and listen to the sounds of waves lapping on the shore from every room in the house. There is a heater unit in the master bedroom, living room/dining room, and bathroom, and one window A/C unit in the master bedroom, but the house is otherwise not heated or cooled. Guests are responsible for their own bed and bath linens. There are no pets allowed on property. Rye point is a place of serenity - renters are asked to enjoy their stay in a way that doesn't interfere with others also enjoying their peaceful retreat. The property has been owned by the Arland Family for over 100 years, we hope you enjoy our favorite place on earth as much as we all do. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, immediate property, and boat dock. Owner's boat is in the lift and is not part of the rental.
