A beautiful four season townhouse on lake st. Catherine, vermont . In oxbow bay. The other side is occupied by co-owner and his wife. The property has it own private dock and swim area and a place for a boat. The front has a fire pit , surrounded by chairs. There is parking for two vehicles. Beautiful view of lake through a 12’ sliding door, onto a wonderful deck, there is a privacy shield on the deck between the two spaces. On the back of camp(facing the private road) is a nice covered porch. The space We have internet services. Smart TV in the living room. Some TV stations available. There are VHS tapes and DVDs available. “ What about bob” is a must watch! We also have a portable air condition in the downstairs. Guest access Private dock area, canoe, and kayak. Shared fire pit in the front by the lake . The chairs, tables, and grills are privately owned by me for your use. Please feel free to move these around . Other things to note The upstairs bathroom is not completely done but the toilet, shower and sink are useable.
