The space Our Bungalow is a small 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage with a living area that seconds as another bedroom. Cooled with window unit A/C in each room. Stays very cool. Pack and Play available by request. The bungalow has 4 beds. 2 full trundle style beds 2 twin beds beneath the full trundle bed. Could fit 3 air mattresses (not provided by host) It's sleeps 4 comfortably. We will allow 6 for groups who want to cram to save money. $10 per person over 5. ***Pet Policy and Fees*** We charge a mandatory $50 per pet fee for all pets and emotional support animals that may be traveling with you. This one time fee is per pet and covers the duration of your stay up to 28 days. *Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds for any reason and additional fees may be accompanied if pet hair is found on furniture. **Service animals are exempt and obviously welcome without charge or notification. Outdoor surveillance is at the property There is a $300 fine for smoking. If there is evidence of smoke inside, smell: ashes: wrappers, there will be a $300 charge after your stay. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and backyard. This a duplex style home with private front and back entrance. The only shared space is the front porch.
