Welcome to Denmark! This 3 bedroom 2 bath, with game room and pool, is perfect for the family to enjoy! POOL - Heat for $85/n FIRE PIT-Roast mallows with the kids! GAME ROOM-Shuffleboard, Nintendo, Sega, games, poker, foosball Cowboys, Rangers, SixFlags! PETS: Must be pre-approved. Fee $80 per pet. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS-Strictly enforce The space THE HOUSE Beautiful landscaped 3 bedrooms, 2 baths home in a super convenient location just south of DFW airport and east of the ATT Stadium. THE POOL and HOT TUB This home offers nice size swimming pool with a huge porch. Heat the pool for only 80 per night! Includes hot tub. Have your morning coffee on the patio set. Let the kids burn off energy in the pool before you settle in for the night. Just want to relax in the hot tub after touring the city. Hot tub requires $60 per night deposit ($45/n fully refundable). THE GAME ROOM Situated away from the bedrooms, try out the 9ft table shuffle board for hours of fun! Or challenge your kids to some of your favorite Super Nintendo and Sega games on the retro versions of the systems - loaded with a ton of games! Better yet, have a family game night and play Code Names or Poker! THE FIRE PIT The fire pit is ready for you to roast some marshmallows. If we have extra wood, we will store it by the fire pit for your convenience. GAME CHEST The patio has a game chest with Giant Jenga, frisbees, giant bucket pong, and more! Guest access Guests are required to book accurate amount of guests in rental contract. No other persons are allowed on the property with out prior approval. Safety is important to us! External surveillance via Nest products are used to monitor the outside of the property. No cameras face toward the property or are inside the property, to ensure total privacy.
