This stylish and updated RaceDay Condo is nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee and sits DIRECTLY in front of Bristol Motor Speedway. While staying in this tastefully decorated suite, you will have access to an elevator, hot tub, pool, fitness center, and a private clubhouse. We are only 10 minutes from Downtown Bristol. This space is ideal for travelers coming to BMS, Creeper Trail, Music Festivals, Golfing, Shopping, or to discover the area. Also great for Travel Nurses & Doctors! The space This well-appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 2BR unit, each with its own private bath. There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse. The hot tub normally opens in April, and the pool and hot tub normally close in mid-September. Our unit is located in Tower One at the RaceDay Condo Center. This unit is equipped with a keyless entry, and the code will be sent on the day of arrival. During your stay, guests will have access to the hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness center. This condo is located in a gated community, and you must have a pass to enter through the gate to the compound. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules. Other things to note Access to the hot tub and pool is seasonal. Please remember that all shared areas are a family-friendly environment. Please be mindful that there are other guests in the complex and no loud noise after 10 p.m. Several excellent restaurants, shops, drug stores, Walmart, Food City grocery store, craft brewery, etc., are located very close to the complex. PLEASE NOTE - we have a 3-night minimum for race events.
