Beach & country living- 3 bedrooms, & office

Great family vacation rental. Equipped with everything for the kids. 3 bedrooms plus office. Country and beach living with tons of hiking and mountain biking trails nearby yet still 8 minutes away from Salt Creek and San Clemente beaches. Great family neighborhood with pool, jacuzzi, golf course, and workout room. Minutes away from downtown SJC, Dana Point harbor, and Laguna Beach. Fabulous restaurants and nightlife. Avoid the early summer marine layer that doesn't lift until 2 pm. The space This is my personal home and it has everything that one could need. I recently remodeled all of the bathrooms with Restoration Hardware cabinets and lighting and marble. The development I live in is quiet, close to the beaches, safe, and has way better weather than the beach during the month of June and July. July at the beach generally has a marine layer that doesn't let up until around 2 pm. I've lived at the beach for over 30 years so I know. There's a great public golf course and driving range 2 minutes from my home, a bike path to the beach nearby and a Zoo in downtown San Juan Capistrano. The master BR has a king bed; the guest room has a queen bed; and the third bedroom/Den upstairs has a sofa that turns into a full-size bed which is best for smaller kids. My home is kid and dog proof as I have 4 grandkids and my kids have 4 dogs total. There's a built-in gas BBQ so you don't have to buy propane. There is also a pool and jacuzzi and small gym inside the community. I have 5* reviews on V**O. You will have a blast here. I'll give you the low down of where to go and what to do. Enjoy! It is the exact same house. Would prefer a 30-day rental as I will be on my vacation too. Have 4 grandkids all under 4 years old. Have toys, bikes, beach stuff, boogie boards, bikes. There's a park, basketball and 2 pickleball courts in the neighborhood too. Will let you know of all of the fun things to do with the family.
