Our 2 acres lends itself beautifully to a roomy and secluded environment for your escape. On arrival you'll immediately appreciate the vista mountain views, elegance and country charm. Travel beneath a beautiful canopy of trees to our private driveway, passing the citrus grove to your guest parking. Surrounded by pepper trees and manicured succulents you’ll enjoy extensive covered patios overlooking the Valley Center region and Palomar Mountains beyond. THE SUITE Enter elegant suite via private entrance in the patio alcove. The peaceful suite is appointed with plantation shuttered windows, a comfy leather love chair with ottoman to snuggle near the wood burning fireplace and television. Enjoy your favorite streaming shows on a ROKU HD TV (using your own passwords and codes for Netflix, Hulu, etc.), or dive into our extensive library. Adjustable table-for-two, is perfect for a morning cup of coffee, sharing a meal, reading the paper or using as a desk. (Alternate desk available if needed). Air conditioning (energy management in main house), ceiling fan (and optional portable fan and heater) keep this well insulated suite comfortable. BEDROOM Comfy California King bed with dual night stands and mirrored dresser with ample room for your personals. The entire suite displays eclectic original artwork. BATHROOM/MULTI-USE STATION The large adjoining bathroom provides brightly lit dual sinks with ample counter and cupboard space and endless hot water shower with seating. Multi-use station with Keurig, tea and coffee, Microwave and Toaster can alternatively be used for as a laptop station. Glassware, plates, utensils, place mats and linens are available for dining inside or out. Wardrobe for hanging clothes and plush cotton robes are provided. LARGE WALK-IN CLOSET There is plenty of room for hanging clothes, storing luggage. Plush cotton robes, extra linens, pillows and towels, cleaning supplies, games and puzzles are also stored here. KITCHEN ON THE PATIO Our expansive patio includes the guest kitchen area with Stainless Gas Grill, Pizza Oven/Griddle, Air Fryer/Toaster Oven, grilling baskets and supplies. Single electric burner for quick meals, along with pans, cooking utensils, herbs and seasonings. Compact Refrigerator, stainless sink. For your convenience, we can sanitize your dishes in the main house dishwasher. Sink and grill are occasionally shared by owner. PATIOS Most areas on the patios include beautiful mountain / valley views including the built-in kitchen. There are multiple seating areas for dining or relaxing. Recline with a cool beverage or warm cup of tea beneath the pepper trees or snuggle in the comfy alcove sitting area just outside the suite. Many of our guests use the patio for work or relaxing with their laptop. Enjoy your meals with a view from various outdoor dining tables or dine in the suite. Play a game of pool on the regulation pool table or simply take in the magnificent views enjoying a glass of wine. Magic Time 'Purple Mountains Majesty' tends to show-up regularly near sunset. THE PROPERTY Outdoors you'll find a quiet 5000 sf fenced seasonal garden perfect for Earthing or enjoying the solitude and spectacular views. Take in the stunning rural landscape with a morning or evening walk on the country road just outside the gate. The viewing bench on the uppermost side of the property is perfect for resting after a brisk walk or taking in the breathtaking views overlooking the entire property with the valley and mountains beyond. EXTRAS FOR GUEST USE: Beach towels/mats, beach umbrella, picnic basket. Additional dinnerware, cookware supplies. White noise machine. Diverse eclectic library of books. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Playing cards, Backgammon, cards, puzzles and more are available in the suite with many other options in the house. Guest access Access your private suite via separate key-code entrance from the main patio. With a few exceptions, outdoor areas on 2+ acres are available for guests use. Over 1000 sq ft of patios with mountain views and multiple sitting and dining areas. PRIVATE AREAS by invitation only include: The main house, pool area (under construction), back studio (northwest area of the property) Though we generally do not have fences we request guests respect the privacy and property of our neighbors. Use paved, shared roads to move around in the neighborhood. Washer and dryer are in the main house with service provided by hosts.
