LOCATION Nestled on a 6-acre wooded parcel on the east side of Keuka Lake, this secluded log cabin sits just 7 miles south of Penn Yan. While the property is 1/4 mile from the lake, please note that there is no direct lake access. You’ll find yourself perfectly positioned on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, right between two renowned vineyards Rooster Hill Vineyard and Weis Vineyard. We’re also conveniently located near popular attractions: Watkins Glen State Park (17 miles away) and Keuka Lake Outlet Trail (7 miles away). Follow the stone driveway, marked by a wine barrel sign, to your private getaway. The driveway is about 1/4 mile long, so you’ll feel like you’re entering a whole new world. During the winter, we keep the driveway plowed, but we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles for extra peace of mind. AMENITIES & DISCLOSURES This off-grid log cabin offers a truly unique, back-to-basics experience where nature and simplicity reign supreme. Perfect for guests who want to embrace minimalistic living, the cabin is powered with a couple of simple outlets so there’s no modern tech distractions. Expect basic lighting, phone charging, and the MiFi for internet (perfect for checking in on loved ones or uploading photos from your Finger Lakes adventure). The cabin is professionally treated by a local pest control company twice a year—once in the spring and again in the fall. However, since the cabin is nestled in the woods, occasional insects or mice may pop by, especially in winter. We do place traps and take care of them immediately, but please note that if you’re sensitive to insects or wildlife, this might not be the place for you. Pet Friendly We know how important your furry companions are, and we’re pet friendly! There are no additional pet fees, but since other guests have brought their pets here, if you have pet allergies, please be mindful.
