The home features a natural gas stove and endless hot water also heated by natural gas. The Orchid House has been designed for peace and quiet with silent appliances for your comfort. There is a dedicated workspace with a printer and high-speed internet. We have cable TV and a wonderful surround sound system. There is a large gas BBQ and 2 different outdoor dining areas. We are pet-friendly and provide an indoor crate and outdoor kennel as well. There is a natural herb garden near the outdoor BBQ with rosemary, basil, cilantro, and others. Perfectly convenient for preparing your meals. We have a high-end surround sound for an ultimate movie experience. We provide a wifi printer and a spacious workspace. The house is equipped with an automatic misting system to keep our flowers blooming beautifully. They come on for a short time twice a day providing a refreshing cooling effect. The house had a Wii system and games for the little ones. Guest access The entire house is yours. No shared spaces. Walk to the semi-private beach just a few steps away. We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. We are conveniently located just a few steps from our semi-private beach. This beach has a shower and seating area for your use. There is no public parking, which keeps the beaches much more secluded for your pleasure. Bring your surfboard! There are restaurants within walking distance, such as Tiki Tiki and Quarter Deck on the Dania Pier. Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk is an easy 10-minute bike ride away. There you will find many different restaurant options, and there is even a Margaritaville. Across the road from us, you will find a fishing charter company that can take you out for the day on a deep-sea fishing adventure. There are also boat/jet ski rentals available. Exploring Hollywood by bike is the best way to get around near the beach. There are ocean-front bike paths that go down to the Hollywood Boardwalk and restaurants. There is parking for three cars in the driveway. Only those 25 years or over are allowed to book. Any animal brought onto the property must be disclosed before booking. Bikes must be locked at all times. Paddleboards may not be left unattended and must be secured back in their storage locations after use. There are outdoor security cameras on the property. Pets must be crated when left alone on the property. We provide a large indoor crate and a large kennel outside as well. Pets must be taken off of the property to use the bathroom (poop and pee). There is not a dedicated place on the property for this, so they will need to be walked.
