The apt is at a separate end of our house - completely independent from our home. It features a spa inspired bathroom, 70s wood fireplace along with access to tennis, 2 pools, riding stables, golf, fishing and more! Convenient to hiking, quaint towns, wineries & awesome restaurants! Former 70's guest space now offers an inviting industrial rustic vibe. Featuring reclaimed wood, eco-friendly products and several custom touches as granite countertops, hand laid stone wall and slate brick entry. Relax on your personal deck listening to the rushing water below. NOTE: rental unit is on one end of the house-it is not the entire building in the exterior photo. We are dog friendly for dogs 40lbs and under. There is a fee of $150 for dogs. They must be house trained and flea free. Guests have private deck. There are 2 community pools, 18 hole golf course, beach and stables Owners are on site, but in a completely separate end of the building. Guests enjoy a private entrance & deck. Owners work from home, so here if you need us (means great wifi also!) We can make arrangements for golfing, tennis or trail rides in our community. For additional fee, access to our golf cart and electric motor fishing boat. Also willing to have groceries ready for your arrival so you can enjoy more relaxation time. Bent Tree is a gated mountain community. It features a gorgeous 110 acre lake, clean sandy beach w/volleyball court, 2 pools, tennis & pickleball, 18 hole award winning golf course and a riding stable. If you want to explore, we are 20 minutes from Jasper & Tate, 25 minutes from Ellijay & Ball Ground, 30 minutes from Amicalola Falls, 45 minutes from Dahlonega (a Hallmark Christmas town), Fort Mountain & Blue Ridge. There are several local wineries, breweries and of course amazing restaurants for you to enjoy also! NOTE- this is a mountain community with hilly and curvy roads. There are no streetlights so it is dark after the sun goes down. Our unit is about 10 minutes from the front gate. Also NOTE- our security requires an ID to enter community and utilizes radar to detect speeding. Tickets will be issued and fines assessed. Speed limit is 20 MPH. There is no Uber out here. A car is needed. We do have a golf cart for additional fee that can be used inside Bent Tree. There are several hiking trails within Bent Tree and lots of others nearby. Just want to make sure it is clear that this is a 2 bedroom rental unit at one end of our home-it is not the entire house. The apt is completely independent of owners home-private entrance and deck. Also NOTE: our security team utilizes radar for speeding inside our community. Tickets will be issued and fines assessed. Speed limit is 20 MPH.
