The house is ranch style with new decking off of the kitchen to lower pool deck with loungers, plus fire pit table with Adirondack chairs, outdoor shower. The deck off kitchen is gated, and the pool is in a fenced yard. Plus a lower patio and garage, and bonus walkout family room. Enjoy the outdoors on fully equipped large property. Parking for 3 -4 cars in 2 driveways Early check in: 2pm $100, 1pm &200. Other things to note There's parking for 3+ cars and the LIRR is close by. If you prefer to walk/bike you can get to town, parks and beaches. Bike share station is in town. Many wonderful restaurants and shops to enjoy all year long. 5 minute bike ride to beach and town.
