Located on the far East end of Blythe, we are just an exit away from the Arizona border, making it an ideal stopover on your journey to Arizona or California. Whether you're planning a quick stop or a longer stay to enjoy river activities, our home offers ample space to park your boat and other recreational toys, with close access to the river for boating, fishing, and water sports. The space Welcome to our inviting 3-bedroom manufactured home near the beautiful Colorado River! Perfect for families and groups, our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Inside, you'll find 2 queen beds, a twin with a full bunk, a futon, and a cozy sofa and love seat. We provide all linens and towels, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with dishes and cooking supplies. Enjoy the convenience of a laundry room and two bathrooms, including a master bath with a soaker tub. Two air mattresses are also available for extra sleeping space. Stay connected with WiFi and relax with two TVs. Outside, you can grill on the propane barbecue in the fenced yard. Our community also features a pool that is open seasonally. One dog is welcome with approval and pet fee. For your security, we have exterior cameras monitoring check-in. Guest access You will let yourself in with Keypad on the front door.
