Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture. The space Cozy and minimalistic, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen comes with toaster oven and hot plate as well as various pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There are books in the reading nook to read and everything else you could possibly need in your cozy home away from home! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire basement with a private entrance.
