Open and well stocked kitchen with view of dining and living area, large 75 inch Roku TV. Bonus room/office option with desk and chair, or you can work off of the kitchen counter top, fast speed internet-if you have to work and kid friendly if you decide to bring the family. All of the bedrooms are off the same hallway. We have a sofa sleeper in bonus living room (no door) off the kitchen. There you will also find an air mattress. Toys to keep the kids entertained. Marina State Beach is 1 min drive and just a few exits from Monterey, Carmel, shopping, golfing, dining, so many places to go. Enjoy the scenic route while you explore. Your grocery stores are near by. In Marina we have: Walmart (park and pick up option), Luckys, Grocery Outlet and many local small markets with fruit and seafood purchase options. Instacart and Costco deliver (same day) to the home. This is a wonderful diverse community. So you will find great Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Japanese, Korean, Chinese restaurant options for example. Mostly small local owners with great service. Want to enjoy the beach? it is a short drive or a quick walk 15 min down the road and around the corner. Great *New (Spring 2023) Skate park, 5 min walk from the home. There is also a playground for kids next to the skate park. Same 5 min walk. Driveway parking in safe. 2 cars in driveway or parking within the cul-de-sac is an option. Uber, Lyft and Turo are some options. RV and boat access (please inquire prior to booking), some options are available. We want to provide a 5 star experience.
