The Place 2B is the first home in a new development at Nolin Lake, The Pines at Moutardier. It is less than a mile from Moutardier boat ramp and Marina. It is 15 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park. The home has an open living room, kitchen, and dining area. 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A large back deck with a fireplace, grilling area, Weber grill, foosball table, and large screen TV. Island plug and bedside plugs have USB ports for charging phones and tablets. The home is a vacation rental that is great for relaxing and enjoying nature, after fun on the lake, or other nearby adventures. Sitting on a private cul de sac there is plenty of room to maneuver a boat and park your trailer. It can be parked directly in front of the house, on the gravel road. Guest have access to the entire house except for one locked bedroom closet used to store supplies. We are usually nearby if needed. We can be reached by phone or text. We can leave you to yourselves or can come by to answer any questions or resolve a problem. Moutardier Marina is less than 1 mile away. Mammoth Cave, The Corvette Museum, Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo, and Dinosaur Would are all nearby attractions. Located in a new development, The Place 2B sits at the end of the gravel road on a cul-de-sac. There is a new house as soon as you enter off of 2067, and the lot before ours has a new house Enjoy the lake by boat, jet ski, kayak, or play at the beach. Walk nearby trails. By car there are many things to see and do. We would love our guests to write in our guestbook. Moutardier boat ramp is several minutes away. There is a new house on the next lot and two houses at the other end of the road. An additional two houses are being built.
