Perfect for a weekend getaway, or stay longer-term. You simply cannot beat the location of our quaint nineteenth century house, right in the middle of Cold Spring Village. It's just off Main Street and an easy 4 minute walk from the Metro North Station. Situated on a quiet side-street, our house is only a few steps from charming galleries, shops, restaurants, hiking, boating, kayaking and all amenities that Cold Spring has to offer. Other things to note Bookings of 30 days or more require a standard 2-page signed NY State month-to-month lease. Negotiable On Longer-Term Stays. Parking available for an additional charge ($25 per night/per vehicle). Guests in need of parking must make request prior to arrival. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis (however, there is a $150 per pet/per stay fee).
