We try to open early and close late, but the pool heater does not work when temperatures come close to freezing. Some furniture cushions / pool chairs are covered or stored for protection in winter. TV, AC system (6th room) Layout: Our rental property has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Handicap access limited Notice: Surcharge for Large Groups Just to let you know, a surcharge of $50 per person per night will be applied to any guest count exceeding 8 at our properties. When you check out, these charges will be added to the base pricing. Please do not disturb our neighbours. No loud noise outside, no walking on other people's properties, getting indoors at reasonable times, and no additional guests that were not on your booking, or parties that can disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the other residences. Guest access The house is completely accessible. There are a few closets that are locked. They contain clean bed linens and wine for the next guests, and or utilities or unsafe equipment. Other things to note Dogs - Shedding dogs must sit/sleep on blankies - No dogs on bed - Keep dogs leashed Pool / Cold Plunge Hottub / Sauna open year around The pool is closed if night temperatures can go below freezing. May 1st is the latest date we open the pool; it could be sooner, please inquire. December 1st is the latest date we close the pool, could be sooner if the weather gets too cold. The small pool is great for lying on a floaty, kids to jump in and out, but not a lap pool. Minimum Age We do not rent out our homes to young groups with an average age below 30 (kids excluded) SECURITY AND MONITORING DEVICES ON THE PREMISES - Exterior cameras with 2-way audio capabilities. Locations: Upper deck, Lower deck, Pool deck, Front door. - There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the property (of course). - The Alexa sound system can take commands from your voice, to stop the sound system from listing to the wake-up word "Alexa", please push the button on top of all three speakers until the ring light turns red. - Noise meters: There are also Airbnb approved noise meters (NoiseAware) on the property. Locations: Inside the living room (is not monitored) On the upper deck. On the lower deck and one in the pool area.
