This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensils and dishware to cook simple meals. A full size pull-out sofa bed is located within the living area which can sleep 2 additional guests. Each bedroom includes a Queen size bed, wardrobe, and smart TV. The unit’s bathroom features, a double vanity, walk in shower, and washer/dryer for guest use. Guest access Guests have access to full apartment Other things to note What to Pack: We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you. Security: For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels. Basic Rules: No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay: 1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests. 2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place. 3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged. 4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors. 5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains. If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.
