The space Large lot only a 5 min walk to public beach access. Fire pit and outdoor games for outside play. The cottage is fully updated with quality finishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. (No Air conditioning but has fans in every room) Guest access The entire home Other things to note *Guests are to provide their own towels, and linens, however pillows and blankets are provided. Top bunk is for children only please. Garbage and recycling pickup calendar is in the manual. *Absolutely no garbage is to be left in the cottage. There is a steel bin at the end of the driveway with bags available - 1 bag limit, please bring any extra garbage with you. This cottage does not have air conditioning but cools down nicely with the fans provided in every room. Pet friendly, MAXIMUM 2 dogs. NO PARKING on front lawn please.
