Family Friendly Mill Valley - Close to Town!

Our sunny indoor / outdoor home is great for families! Located in the flats of Mill Valley with parks & playgrounds nearby, 10 minute walk to downtown Mill Valley, 10 minute drive to the Golden Gate bridge! **14% tax will be added to all reservations as per Mill Valley tax laws** **for multiple week stays, a weekly cleaning of $200 will be required** The space There will be 10% occupational tax (per Marin County regulations) in addition to the cleaning fee and nightly rate. Guest access We live here full time and will be renting it when we are out of town, so there will be clothes in the closet / drawers and food in the fridge (which you can help yourself to), but we will clear space in a couple of closets for your belongings. Other things to note The street level has a queen bedroom, office and a full bathroom. Also on this floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs, off the main hallway, there is one bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with a full bed (trundle underneath 2) and bathroom. Further down the hallway is the laundry and downstairs TV room with loft bed and French doors.
