This beautiful 3bed/2bath home located in a safe, charming neighborhood, and is just 20 miles from DFW Airport. The spacious primary suite features a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. Enjoy natural light throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy front porch, and a private fenced backyard with patio furniture. Guests also have access to a secure HOA pool and scenic walking/biking trails (see guest access for details). The space Our home offers convenient single-level living. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, spacious walk-in closet, and a dresser for storage. The primary bathroom en suite consists of double sinks, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, closet, and dresser. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. In the main living area, you'll find a comfortable space with a TV, 2 recliner chairs, sofa, and a gas fireplace—perfect for staying cozy during the cooler months in Texas. Dining room consists of a table with bench seating, and four bar stool chairs at the kitchen bar area. Please note there are two smart TVs in the home—one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. Guests are welcome to use their own streaming app logins, as we do not provide cable or satellite. Guest access Guests can park in the two car garage, driveway, or street side. Guests have full access to the entire home, as well as the community’s HOA amenities. The HOA amenities feature a 10-acre pool complex with seven pools—including a Junior Olympic lap pool, two tot pools, two water slides, a water playground—plus a fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and much more. After your reservation is confirmed, and if you plan to use the HOA amenities, we will prepare a lease covering your booked dates. You’ll need to bring a copy of the lease along with your driver’s license to the Playhouse for access. Anyone who wishes to use the facilities must be listed on the lease.
