Description
Centrally located on a double dead-end street, my quaint and charming little house is perfect for couples or small families! Just a 10-minute drive from downtown, Hamburg Pavilion, or the interstate, it's easy to access all that Lexington has to offer. We are pet-friendly with a $40 pet fee. The space Completed in March 2016, this adorable 714 sq. ft. tiny house with a purple front door has all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lexington. It features a built-in booth with a window perfect for breakfast on a sunny morning. The full-sized kitchen includes a range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The back deck has a small table with two chairs and overlooks a beautiful, fully fenced-in backyard. The house has a TV – but not cable – and you are welcome to use the Apple TV to stream movies or TV shows using your cable provider's streaming capabilities. There are many windows for plenty of natural light. Most windows have curtains, but they aren't blackout curtains, so if you need total darkness to sleep, you may want to bring something to cover your eyes. It's pretty quiet, aside from some of the neighborhood traffic and dogs. Children walk to the park just beyond the backyard to play. There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars plus street parking. We are pet-friendly with a $40 pet fee. While we do our absolute best to remove all pet hair between stays, due to the number of furry friends who visit, there’s still a chance you’ll see some strands. Guest access Off-Street Parking. Key-less Entry. Security System. Driveway big enough for 2-3 vehicles. Other things to note If city noises bother you (dogs barking, car/truck/motorcycle noise, etc.) I have two noise machines you may use. You may also choose to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper — ***A word of caution. While the stairs are unique and quite cool, they are not a standard shape or dimension. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN WALKING UP OR DOWN THE STAIRS! Hold on to the railing! Do not walk on the stairs with socked feet.*** The two bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs. The sleeper sofa and the half-bath are downstairs. The bedroom mattresses are soft, and the sofa mattress is firm. If you need total darkness to sleep, it's recommended that you bring something to cover your eyes. There are 12 windows throughout the house, and most of them have curtains. So, between the sunlight and the city lights at night, it is well-lit inside.
