The bedding and towels are removed and washed off site after a guest has vacated and replaced with fresh clean linens and towels (that are in the unit) prior to the next guest move in. The unit has knives, forks, spoons. plates, glasses, mugs, kuerig and tea and coffee cups, some spices, tv trays, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, games, all linens and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.T There is a washer/dryer in the unit - please make sure the lint holder is clean. The dining room table has drawers with coasters and table mats and a wine rack. The couch pulls out into a queen and the linens will be on one of the side units that lift up and the center piece. There are games in the unit and a SC Parks Passport allowing you entry into 47 state parks to include Hunting Island - there is a $105 replacement fee charged if lost whilst on your watch. There is a kettle and a crock pot in the kitchen. The two large bedrooms have queen size beds. To activate bedside side lamps just touch them. The unit has a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is a $200 each replacement fee if the pot or bird bath on the deck are broken on your watch. I have also provided a weather alert radio which is on top of the cream desk in the living room. Please make sure it is charged. If the power goes out it can be used to charge cells phones, as a flash light or an alarm. The user manual is in the cabinet - please make yourself familiar with it. There is a $100 replacement fee if it goes missing on your watch. Do NOT put tin foil on the bottom of the oven. There is a liner in place. It also states on the bottom NOT to put tin foil on there. I have had to replace it twice now, so please use the liner, NOT tin foil. Thank you so much. There is a 'dog poop bag holder' on the fence by the back yard. Please pick up after the little people as the lawn care people will charge me $75 if they have to do it prior to mowing -which of course will be passed on to you, the guest. Private entrance to the upper unit on keyless entry. There is also a key in the lock box for the front door as you come up the stairs. The side yard is not shared with the permanent tenant below. She has her own back yard. I am always available by phone. The guest book will be emailed to you after booking. There is free uncovered parking on site. RV and/or boats welcome as there is plenty of space You are my eyes and ears. If there is a light bulb out please let me know. If the the sink or bathtub is slow draining - please let me know. Please do not leave the washer and dishwasher running while you are out. There is nothing wrong with them but the chance of a back up scares me (as has happened in my own home) so I would appreciate you so much if you remembered this.
