Two private detached guest rooms are available to expand the estate from 6 to 8 bedrooms. Each features a private en-suite bathroom with shower and its own outdoor entrance. Both rooms can be added for $500 per night and are automatically included for reservations of 14 or more overnight guests. Welcome to our luxurious architectural mansion in Malibu, offering unmatched views of the Pacific Ocean and the expansive LA basin. Spanning 8,000 sq. ft. on 6 lush acres, this stunning property combines opulence with tranquility, redefining coastal living. Primary Bedroom 1: Enjoy the master bedroom's captivating Pacific Ocean views. Relax in the king-size bed, the living area, or at the desk. The ensuite designer bathroom includes his and her sinks, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large hot tub overlooking the ocean. The fully openable windows let in the refreshing ocean breeze with vast views of the LA Basin and Pacific Ocean, offering a true coastal living experience. Primary Bedroom 2: Wake up to the sound of waves in the second master bedroom, which also offers panoramic ocean views. The king-size bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower, and his and her sinks add to the comfort. The west-facing balcony is perfect for witnessing stunning sunsets. Bedroom 3: Features a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and work desk, with serene garden views for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Bedroom 4: Features a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and work desk, along with an additional single bed. Enjoy beautiful garden and sunset views from this spacious retreat. Bedroom 5: Located on the lower level of the home with its own exterior entrance, this bedroom features a king-size bed and a full bathroom. It shares this lower-level space with Bedroom 8 and is accessed by stepping outside the main living area and taking the stairs down to the separate entrance. Bedroom 6: Also located on the lower level alongside Bedroom 7, this bedroom features 2 single beds (the photo has not yet been updated). Guests in this room share the full bathroom with Bedroom 7. Together, the two rooms create a more private sleeping area while remaining conveniently connected to the rest of the estate. Bedroom 7: This private, detached bedroom is located just steps from the main house, offering a little extra privacy while remaining conveniently accessible to all of the estate’s shared spaces. It features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 8: Also located just steps from the main house, this private, detached bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with easy access to the rest of the estate. It features a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Chef's Kitchen: Designed by Minotti Italia, the expansive chef's kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. It features two sinks, two dishwashers, a large refrigerator, and a massive kitchen island with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, all while soaking in the ocean views. Solariums and Outdoor Areas: Our solariums inspire creativity with custom seating and an oasis-like ambiance. Book now and immerse yourself in coastal luxury. **** Please note: Following the Malibu fires, a few cosmetic repairs and restoration items around the property are still pending. Most notably, there are some cracked window panes and areas of cracking on the tennis court surface. These items are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the overall functionality of the home or its amenities. Guest access Access the property through a secure, keyless entry (Smart Lock). Parking accommodates 10 vehicles and includes a Level II EV charger. Other things to note There are multiple indoor and outdoor common spaces, including a Kitchen/Lounge, 2 solariums, gardens, patios, and courtyards. The house is fully private with no shared common spaces. The listing price includes 8 base guests, with additional guests charged $125/person per night, up to a maximum of 20 overnight guests. For groups larger than 16 we require you to sign a contract and credit card authorization form. Some guest rooms have single sleeper sofas, and trifold mattresses are available. Important Policies: 1. Events are allowed with payment of fees and other requirements. No gatherings, visitors, events, or commercial filming without the owner's written permission. Violation will result in immediate reservation cancellation and loss of funds. The minimum event fee is $3,500 for a party of 20, increasing with occupancy. Unauthorized events incur a 150% penalty. A maximum of 10 cars is allowed. 2. Visiting Guests: Each reservation may have one invitee per two registered guests. Additional guests incur a $100 fee each, with no overnight stays allowed. Unauthorized invitees are charged $150 per day. All guests must be announced prior to arrival. 3. Security: Cameras are present at the exterior of the property. 4. UPDATE ABOUT INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. In the past, a small number of our guests had intermittent internet issues. I’m happy to say that we’ve upgraded our internet substantially. We’ve had an IT specialist come in and upgrade some of our internet hardware as well as perform maintenance on other items. Because of this, we are running at average upload and download speeds in excess of 120 mbps. We will continue to upgrade our system to attain maximum connectivity. 5. FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS. We are in the process of adding one more bedroom and one more common space. Bedroom 5 will become a living room/lounge, and two additional detached bedrooms will be added to the listing for a total of 8 bedrooms with a King or Queen bed and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a lounge with ensuite bathroom, that will be able to accommodate at least two other futons/fold-outs, and a full restroom in the common parts of the house as well. 6. We are always looking for ways to provide a better experience to guests. Please let us know what kind of amenities you're interested in having at your stay, even if you don't intend on staying with us. 7. Failure to abide by our check-out procedures may result in additional fees. 8. Pre-Check-In Security Deposit & Contract Requirements: Host reserves the right to require Guest to sign a written rental contract, submit a valid government-issued ID, and provide a security deposit or credit card authorization prior to check-in. All off-platform funds, authorizations, and contracts are processed securely outside of Airbnb through Host’s third-party API-connected property management software, as explicitly permitted under Airbnb’s Off-Platform Policy. Failure to complete these verification steps within 24 hours of booking (or prior to check-in for last-minute reservations) will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Hosts may request such prior to reservation or upon any reservation change requests by Guest.
