Welcome to our luxurious architectural mansion in Malibu, offering unmatched views of the Pacific Ocean and the expansive LA basin. Spanning 8,000 sq. ft. on 6 lush acres, this stunning property combines opulence with tranquility, redefining coastal living. Primary Bedroom 1: Enjoy the master bedroom's captivating Pacific Ocean views. Relax in the king-size bed, the living area, or at the desk. The ensuite designer bathroom includes his and her sinks, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large hot tub overlooking the ocean. The fully openable windows let in the refreshing ocean breeze with vast views of the LA Basin and Pacific Ocean, offering a true coastal living experience. Primary Bedroom 2: Wake up to the sound of waves in the second master bedroom, which also offers panoramic ocean views. The king-size bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower, and his and her sinks add to the comfort. The west-facing balcony is perfect for witnessing stunning sunsets. Bedrooms 3 and 4: Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and work desks. Bedroom 3 offers serene garden views, while Bedroom 4 provides both garden and sunset views, ensuring a peaceful stay. Bedroom 5 (The Loft): (Until Jan 2025) The Loft includes one king-size bed and one queen-size bed in a shared space with a living room and ensuite bathroom. It has a west-facing view and panoramic windows and balcony offers exquisite views and a serene retreat with ample space for relaxation and comfort. Bedroom 6: This bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful and private sanctuary. With tasteful decor and luxurious amenities, it ensures a comfortable and restful stay. Bedroom 7: Offers a cozy queen-size bed and a private bathroom for added comfort. This intimate space is perfect for a restful night's sleep, with thoughtful details and elegant touches throughout. ** Two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are in the process of being added and will be ready by January 2025. They will replace the loft. Each will have a king size bed, work desk, and full bath. One of the rooms has a private dog run as well. Chef's Kitchen: Designed by Minotti Italia, the expansive chef's kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. It features two sinks, two dishwashers, a large refrigerator, and a massive kitchen island with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, all while soaking in the ocean views. Solariums and Outdoor Areas: Our solariums inspire creativity with custom seating and an oasis-like ambiance. Multiple outdoor areas are perfect for group yoga sessions or unwinding amidst tranquil surroundings. Enjoy the fire-pit views or marvel at the stars with loved ones. Guest access Access the property through a secure, keyless entry (Smart Lock). Parking accommodates 10 vehicles and includes a Level II EV charger. Other things to note There are multiple indoor and outdoor common spaces, including a Kitchen/Lounge, 2 solariums, gardens, patios, and courtyards. The house is fully private with no shared common spaces. The listing price includes 8 base guests, with additional guests charged $125/person per night, up to a maximum of 24 overnight guests. Some guest rooms have single sleeper sofas, and trifold mattresses are available. Important Policies: 1. Events are allowed with payment of fees and other requirements. No gatherings, visitors, events, or commercial filming without the owner's written permission. Violation will result in immediate reservation cancellation and loss of funds. The minimum event fee is $3,500 for a party of 20, increasing with occupancy. Unauthorized events incur a 150% penalty. A maximum of 10 cars is allowed. 2. Visiting Guests: Each reservation may have one invitee per two registered guests. Additional guests incur a $100 fee each, with no overnight stays allowed. Unauthorized invitees are charged $150 per day. All guests must be announced prior to arrival. 3. Security: Cameras are present at the exterior of the property. 4. UPDATE ABOUT INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. In the past, a small number of our guests had intermittent internet issues. I’m happy to say that we’ve upgraded our internet substantially. We’ve had an IT specialist come in and upgrade some of our internet hardware as well as perform maintenance on other items. Because of this, we are running at average upload and download speeds in excess of 120 mbps. We will continue to upgrade our system to attain maximum connectivity. 5. FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS. We are in the process of adding one more bedroom and one more common space. Bedroom 5 will become a living room/lounge, and two additional detached bedrooms will be added to the listing for a total of 8 bedrooms with a King or Queen bed and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a lounge with ensuite bathroom, that will be able to accommodate at least two other futons/fold-outs, and a full restroom in the common parts of the house as well. 6. We are always looking for ways to provide a better experience to guests.
