Relaxing Oasis with pool and spa

The Wilderness Oasis is an amazing get-away in the heart of Ponte Vedra. You will feel at peace and one with nature during your stay here. We are located close to beaches, golf, Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, Mickler’s Landing Beach, and only 34 minutes from St Augustine. Enjoy all the surrounding fun activities like boating, fishing, biking, and many other outdoor activities while being surrounded by some of the most amazing dinner places. You can even bring your boat and your dog. The space Our home is located on 2.4 acres in Palm Valley, Florida. We have 2 homes that share this amazing property. The two homes are divided by a fence, so each home has privacy. This home has a nice pool that is only available to our guests who stay at this Wilderness Oasis. The pool and spa can be heated during your stay for an additional fee (let us know you want it heated and we will coordinate with you). There are woods to see and you may even see and hear birds, owls and hawks. There are 4 TVS with access to internet, Board games, and a desk space to work. We have a full kitchen with anything you would need to create a perfect meal (less the food). There are two large porches to sit and think, drink coffee and just enjoy the peace and serenity. Enjoy the fire pit at night while roasting marsh mellows. Go play during the day and come back to a relaxing evening at the Oasis. Take a shower outdoors before heading in to relax. The space is meant for a relaxing time and family oriented time. It is not meant for the party scene. We do not want to disturb the neighbors even though they are not all that close. Enjoy a spa like bath or shower in the upstairs master bathroom. You will think you are at the spa. Sit and read in one of the many quiet spaces. Bring your boat and fishing gear so you can go fishing and see all the beauty on the water in the local area. Prior to your stay, upon check-in, or at any time during your stay, if you would like spa or pool to be heated, please notify your host. The fee is $125 to have both the Pool and Spa heated for stays under 2 weeks. You can pay through the booking platform. If you are staying more than 2 weeks or monthly, the fee is $125 or $125 per month. At the time of payment your host will enable the heat pump remotely and it will be ready to use. The pool will heat up to a maximum of 86 degrees and the spa heats up to a maximum of 104 degrees. ** NOTE: The second unit on our 2.4 acres is under construction from May 1st 2023 to to August 31st 2023. No weekend work will be happening. The lot is completely separated from this unit by a 8ft privacy fence so there will be limited disturbances. Guest access Entire House and Pool is for this unit only You will have electronic keypad access and key fobs during your stay Other things to note The 3rd bedroom is a loft and is open to the downstairs and to the master bedroom. It sleeps up to 3. The Master bedroom upstairs is open to the loft at this time. The property is on well and septic system so please do not flush anything other than septic safe toilet paper. This property has wetlands which makes it so unique and beautiful. Florida is also known for it's awesome sun, so you may want to pack some sun screen as well. This property is located down a long gravel driveway and once you have arrived you will be so happy you did.
