Located in a QUIET residential neighbourhood, you & friends/family can enjoy the space with well equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, FREE street parking, outdoor space. Public transit, groceries, eateries & parks close by. 22nd St Skytrain Stn less than 10 min walk. The space Garden/ground level self-contained suite in private 2-level single family home. Host family lives upstairs on main floor of house. The secondary suite is newly renovated. The house sits on a slight slope, so there are stairs to the private entry. There is free street parking in front of the house, at the main (upper) street level. The private suite entrance is from the back of the house with keypad lock. There are concrete stairs on the side from the main street level leading down to the rear entrance. On arrival, guests can park in the back temporarily to unload luggage easily without steps, and park in front of house for duration of stay. Guests also have access to covered deck area with small patio set and backyard (for kids). Other things to note We take health & safety seriously. The space is self-contained and sanitized thoroughly before & after each stay. There is a nice private outdoor space to get fresh air so you don't feel cooped up the whole time. We have worked with previous guests to coordinate their deliveries of food & supplies. The space is newly furnished with thoughtful design to meet a wide range of needs. There are 2 bedrooms with keyed doors for privacy if sharing between friends/ work colleagues.
