Bright & Spacious Centrally located NEW 2bd house

Welcome to our brand new tastefully decorated house. You will find lots of natural light, full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, parking and colorful patio. Our house is centrally located and perfect whether you come for a business trip or a family vacation. We are 5 minutes from LAX Airport and interstate 405 for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Long Beach, Hollywood, Beverly Hills as well as Disneyland and Malibu! SMOKING WEED NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE!!! See house rules!!! The space The house comfortably accommodates 4 guests in the two bedrooms. Additionally, we provide a premium ultra comfortable airmatress with embedded airpump for the 5th guest (fee applies). Total of 5 guests can sleep in the house. WARNNG: Max occupancy of 6 ppl at any give time during the day. This means NO PARTIES, NO BIG DINNERS. We use the security cameras outside to see how many guests check in or arrive at the house. Guest access Guest will have their own private entrance to access the house, which includes a kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. This house has a smartlock on the door so no keys handover for your convenience! Fast Wi-fi internet, washing machine and drier, 2 parking spots , outdoor patio for you enjoyment. Climate control in each room so every guest can set a comfortable temperature. Other things to note ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CORONA VIRUS CANCELLATIONS!! We don't offer refunds for cancellations that are not covered under Airbnb's "Extenuating Circumstances Policy". We strongly recommend buying a travel insurance if you want to the piece of mind of cancelling for any reason, outside the provisions of the policy above. Thank you! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AIRCRAFT NOISE: The house is close to the landing path of LAX. Guests with very light sleep or toddlers or elderly may find the noise too loud. HERE THE GOOD NEWS: 1) Aviation authority prohibits airplanes from landing between midnight and 6 AM to guarantee quiet hours to the neighborhood. 2) Already at 10 PM the air traffic decreases significantly compared to the busy hours of the day. 3) The house has double panes windows that block most of the noise. 4) Each room has its own AC unit for ideal temperature, with no need to open the windows during the hot nights. 5) Statistics: -More than 100 guests found the noise unnoticeable. -In a few cases the noise was noticeable but not an issue. -In one case the noise was too loud for a toddler. IN SUMMARY: It's a good idea, for guests with light sleep, to book far away from an airport. Note: Based on my personal experience, everywhere in LA you may wake up in the middle of the night because of: helicopters, dogs, parties, loud people, traffic, ambulances, shootings and earthquakes. Enjoy LA (aka HELL A) ! NARROW DRIVEWAY: Some guests found the driveway leading to the parking area to be too narrow and struggle in reverse. I personally find the driveway to be just average for the area, and any densely populated area of Los Angeles. Most of the guest who complained about the driveway brought huge trucks and SUVs. They still made it thru the driveway, but with some struggle.
