This modern home is a great place to get away in the summer! It's 29 minutes away from Silverwood, 12 minutes from Lake Coeur d'Alene , and 5 minutes away from the Spokane River, and all the fun activities that can be explored. This home is located in a lovely neighborhood with a beautiful view of the mountains. If you need anything, we're only a phone call or text away. NOTE: Kitchen floor is torn up until July 24th. Kitchen is still usable but looks tacky. Price is discounted accordingly.
