Guest suite in Sarasota

PRIVATE room, bath , courtyard and entrance! It’s complete a wonderful queen size mattress, large desk, 2 chairs, small refrigerator, microvave, coffee maker, and a large TV with cable and WiFi. The private courtyard has a table, umbrella and 2 chairs with cushions. Please understand that you don’t have access to the house and I won’t enter your space without your knowledge. It is located 2 miles to downtown, 4.5 miles to Lido beach, a walking distance to Ed Smith, Robert’s and SCAT (buses). The space I have fishing 🎣 poles, golf🏌️clubs, two bicycles 🚲, folding chairs, beach 🏖umbrella and supplies if needed. Guest access I have off street parking. Just pull in and park on the right side of the driveway. Other things to note Baseball spring training starts in February and I am in walking distance to Ed Smith’s stadium and tickets are still available throughout March. The Sarasota County fair comes March 17!!! I’m a super short distance to all the rides, games, contests, FOOD and fun!
