Most of this is a 10-15 minute walk or a quick minute or so drive. The space The entrance and whole main house is available. There is a full kitchen and living space downstairs and the three bedrooms upstairs. The master is like another living space, 3/4 bath with shower and bench inside. His and hers sinks & two nice sized walk-in closets Newly remodeled full bathroom down stairs with a bluetooth speaker (HOMEWERKS) If you or someone from your party has mobility issues with steep stairs there are baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs but certainly can be hazardous to toddlers & babies so please watch them closely… This is not a wheelchair accessible home There is a karaoke Bluetooth speaker in the living area. The microphone is in the right drawer of the desk Brand new kitchen appliances. Induction stovetop with retractable downdraft fan (push button on side the right hand side & top of the fan), double oven, & microwave There are tenants adjacent to the laundry room. The unit is completely separate from the main house & separated by the laundry room by two locked doors but guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. The laundry room is not shared by the tenants We ask that the volume level upstairs is at a minimum after 11PM Guest access You may access through the front door. Please do not enter any of the doors that say emergency exit only, unless it is an emergency. The laundry room is shared. Do not go beyond the laundry room (caretaker lives or m a MIL) & please do not do laundry after 8pm (detergent not provided) Other things to note ***Please note that (2) of the (7) beds are futons (i.e. intended for kids or petite adults)*** The stairs to the upstairs are the original steps from the early 1900’s they are steep and taller than today’s steps. Please use caution when using them. There are handrails. This listing may not be suitable for people with mobility issues and you must watch your toddlers/baby closely Tues-Thurs there is a dog grooming business next door. They’re pretty quiet but you may hear an occasional dog barking. They are rarely there before 11am nor after 4:30pm
