We have a charming, sunny, and immaculate bedroom, furnished with a desk, chairs, closet, art, full double bed, reading lamp, & pine floors. Private en suite bathroom is included. Wi-Fi and other utilities are included, as are all linens and towels. A washer/ dryer and utilities are included. Beautiful spacious backyard and garden included. A microwave oven, toaster oven, and small refrigerator are included. Separate private entrance for this suite so no shared spaces. 30-night minimum. The space This nice bedroom with private bathroom and separate entrance is located on the first floor of a two story home in San Francisco's Portola District. Room has access to and looks onto private backyard garden. Home has views of San Francisco Bay. Beautiful 316-acre John McLaren park is just two blocks away. Please note that this does not include a full kitchen. The homeowners, a male couple, their child, & dog, live upstairs and can be reached by cell phone or text message. The bed is a full double bed. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the suite (bedroom and en suite bathroom). Linens are provided. Guests also have exclusive usage of the kitchenette and backyard garden, plus shared usage of the washer/dryer and garage. We hope you love visiting our home and beautiful San Francisco. During your stay The homeowners (a male couple & our young child) live upstairs full-time and are available by Airbnb platform message for any questions about the beautiful City by the Bay.
