Beautiful, completely renovated building along Clear Creek. The creek separates us from Crazy Women Square, where you find most of Buffalo's festivities, shops, restaurants and saloons. We offer free onsite parking. The space We are a CITY APPROVED, seasonal, pet free, vacation rental property, located steps from Main Street at 68 North Side Creek, in the historic district of Buffalo. We cater to travelers from all over the world, from May -October. Our key codes change daily. Your code will be a personal number provided by you. National Park Trip, Hunting trip, Family or Romantic Getaway we have you covered with our One bedroom king apartment. Our Suites have a king bed in the bedroom that can be split into two singles beds, when requested. Our kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer and seating area, with views of the creek. You will find a “step-in”shower in the bathroom, along with a vanity, sink, toilet, clothes washer and dryer. In the living room area we have for you a sleeper sofa that opens up to a queen bed. All linens are provided for your stay, as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh baked goods deliver daily. This apartment has 2 Smart televisions, wifi, central air and heat. Located along the Clear Creek walking trail and one block from Main Street you will find yourself in cowboy country. Restaurant, shops and saloons will delight you as your stroll down Main Street. Hi, We are a fairly, young, retired couple, living our dream, in beautiful Buffalo Wyoming. I started hosted travelers in our renovated Historic Capitol Hotel Vacation Suites in 2015. Now with our newest Creekside property, my husband will be joining me, welcoming folks, from all over the world. We are a husband and wife team. We cater to you. If you need any assistance, it is my husband and I that will assist you. Our vacation rentals are seasonal, so we travel quite a bit in the off season. We understand what's important when you're away from home, cleanliness, communication and WIFI. We promise to give you all of these. So please don't hesitate to reserve with us, we would be honored to be part of your vacation memories. Off street parking is located at your door. Guest access Anyone who wishes to use our EV charging station must reserve the charging station ASAP, by contacting us immediately . Please note there is a $30 charging fee per car due at check in. If you so wish to have the fee added to your reservation, we can adjust your fees at time your request is made. Thank you Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! We do not permit any type of animal/pets in our property. I am highly allergy to animals and since I maintain the property before, during and after your stay, this would place my health in danger. If you or anyone in your party is found with an animal of any sort on our property, you will be charged an additional $ 150.00 cleaning fee, and will be asked to immediately vacate the cottage, forfeiting any refund.
