This boutique hotel-style one bedroom makes for the perfect summer or winter getaway with a friend or partner. Situated right on the mountain, this is the first condo on the mountain making it close enough to every activity you have planned. Please note that this single one bedroom suite is part of a larger townhome that is 2970 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There maybe Guests staying in the other side of the attached townhome. The entrance to this one bedroom is separate from the main house and completely private. There is a ski locker next to the front door where you can store your skiing equipment. The front door opens into a foyer that is fitted with a kitchenette, a microwave, washer, and dryer. This opens into a hallway that leads to the bathroom and bedroom. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a plush Kirkland Sealy Signature Series mattress. Everything is new in 2021. The bed is a Pottery Barn headboard, hotel plush king-size pillows, fancy bedding, and sheets to give our guests the true feel of a luxury hotel stay with the comforts of home. Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to spend an excessive amount of time in the car? Well, don’t you fret! That is exactly what you get when you stay at this perfectly located suite. This vacation rental is the first condo on the mountain and the front yard is touching the beginner slope! Put your skis on and a few pushes get you to the lifts and gondola; at lunch and the end of the day, ski to the front door and walk to Apres skiing. In the summer walk out your door to begin a hike to the summit of Bretton Woods to visit the new Rosebrook Lodge and expansive views of Mount Washington or walk to the Mount Washington Hotel for coffee in the morning or biking and hiking on the many trails. Due to its unique location as the first condo on the mountain, this vacation rental suite offers sweeping views of the surrounding ski slopes and the gondola. For ski lovers, this suite is perfectly situated right next to the ski lifts - you can even see it skiing down the mountain. Depending on how active you are and what season you choose for your visit, Bretton Woods offers a variety of activities like skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, biking, golfing, and more. Take a morning stroll through the forest trails and experience the true meaning of becoming one with nature; indulge your senses in the sights and sounds of the forest as you watch the animals wake up. You will see a variety of wildlife like deers, pheasants, and ducks as they begin their day. Another fun activity with the family is riding on the Cog Railway to the top of Mt. (deli, beer, salads, and fabulous pizza) - Mount Washington Hotel, Stickneys (take out or dine in) * TIP * With all restaurants in vacation locations, arrive early or chance waiting an hour to eat. Early means 4:30 or 4:45 pm sharp. 5:01 means the first tables are seated and you will be seated when the first round of diners are finished. Guest access Electronic locks - code will be provided 3 days before check in date. *Parking* Directly across from the entrance to 127 Forest Lane. Large parking lot. *Getting There* The address of the Studio Suite is 127 Forest Lane #32B, Bretton Woods, NH 03575. From 93N, take exit 35 (Rtae 3, Twin Mountain). Follow Rte 3 and US-302 for approximately 14 miles to Bretton Woods Ski Resort. Drive STRAIGHT .25 mile. Not your first right, Not your 2nd right (do not enter sign) but your 3rd right BEFORE the Forest Lane street sign into 127 Forest Lane. See Pictures, it's easy to drive past the entrance to the driveway. There is a gate and signs which say private parking and No Access to Ski Resort. Located 1/2 mile from The Mount Washington Hotel. *Taking Care of Trash* Trash and recycling bags can be placed in the association dumpster located behind the former (now closed) recreational center. Directions to the dumpster: Enter Bretton Woods, take first RIGHT follow the signs to the dumpster (behind the tennis courts but enters from the opposite side). From your Studio-Suite, LEFT towards the entrance of Bretton Woods and Route 302, LEFT towards the tennis courts, past the tennis courts, RIGHT behind the building. During your stay I’m available by email & text *Please park in the lots directly across from the driveway entrance not in the driveway.* Other things to note * This listing is for the single one-bedroom/one-bathroom suite attached to the larger house. * Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM. Please send us a message to ask about early check in or late check out. * The owner will provide you with the wifi login information. The TV is pre-loaded with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Bring your passwords. * There is a thermostat in the room you can control for heat and AC. * To access the ski locker located to the right of the front door, please use the same code as the front door. * Ski boots are NEVER to be worn inside. Please remove boots and shoes outside and place them on the boot mat to protect the brand new carpet & floors. Upon check out, please remove & dispose of all open food from the refrigerator (unless left by the owner). It is fine to leave unopened food or beverages. * Trash and recycling bags can be placed in the dumpster located behind the closed building located to the left (facing route 302) of the Bretton Woods entrance. Please follow the signs to the condominium rubbish disposal area. * Please turn off lights upon departure & set the thermostat to 55. (Winter Only) * Please do not smoke inside the condo.
