2br cottage House The space The spacious 2br red cottage is a fully detached in law suite located in historic bean hill, Norwich Town. The entrance is laced with stone walls, warmly welcomes visitors to the red cottage that sits 3.5 acres of land, provides privacy and yet leaves room for plenty of activities: in ground covered pool, basketball, soccer, kids swing set, pond and exploring the land. There is a main house 4 BR 2.5 bath that can be combine wit cottage providing it is not booked. Guest access Pool, yard, basketball, pond Other things to note high chair and pack-n-play available upon request. There is a cottage in the same property (separate listing) as well as a tiny house in wheels (also a separate listing). DOGS: we allow our guests to bring their dog if they are fixed and house trained. Guests are responsible for any damage dogs may cause and urine stains inside the house will require and extra cleaning fee of $150. All dogs must be leashed while on the property!
