After the incredible success we have had with our other vacation rentals in Anaheim , we have hosted several THOUSAND happy Disney lovers at this point and this number is growing daily! I think it's safe to say that we have all the ingredients down for creating an amazing rental experience and this lovely fully stocked Anaheim condo is no exception. For mom and dad: HE washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen that includes items that go above and beyond your usual vacation rental, such as a Ninja blender, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Crockpot, toaster, mixer, baking pans, waffle iron, griddle, coffee maker, rice cooker - a chef's delight! Air conditioning, 3 flat screen HD TVs with cable, internet access + free WIFI, gas fireplace in the living room, and a master bedroom with a comfy, high end Simmons Beautyrest World Class mattress to keep that back in check. Not to mention that we have 2 single strollers for you - no more hours of piggy-back rides! For the little ones: Every time we have kids first enter 'their room', they squeal with excitement! And then the fights start over who gets to sleep on the top bunk! The kids room is stocked with everything to keep them busy - a TV/DVD player, drawing supplies, board games, stuffed animals, blocks, toys for boys and girls + a wide variety of books. And even some dresses for those little princesses that like to play dress-up (and even a couple of boy outfits!) In addition to an awesome kids room, we provide all kinds of items that will make 'family life at the condo' comfortable and convenient. Grandma & Grandpa: Get to relax on our enclosed patio, or heat up the charcoal BBQ at night. The condo is stocked with all kinds of travel guides, for a nice, relaxed afternoon at the condo while the others can “go play”… And at night they should also get a good night's sleep, so we have a sleeper couch that extends into an actual queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. To recap the sleeping arrangements: The condo has 2 bedrooms, both of them are located upstairs. The master has a stunning headboard that we had custom made by a local artist. It is equipped with a queen size bed with a comfortable Simmons Beautyrest World Class mattress + a convertible futon couch that can sleep one person. The kids room has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size mattress on the bottom. Downstairs we have a queen size pull-out couch + a queen size Aerobed. Maximum Occupancy is 7 total guests (Including all adults, children and infants) City if Anaheim REG2019-00074 Guest access Guests have full use of this stunning two-story townhome Other things to note The City of Anaheim has very strict Quiet Hours rules. Guests may NOT be outside on the Patio or in the common areas between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Violations may result in fine up to $2500, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds paid by guests. Guests are required to sign a Reservation Agreement prior to acceptance of the Reservation. Minimum age is 25 Maximum occupancy is 5 adults or 7 including children of all ages and infants. Adults and adult-size children are not allowed to sleep on the top level of the bunk beds. Host accepts no responsibility for accidents or damages due to adults or adult size children climbing on the bunk bed ladders or being on the top level of the bunk beds. We reserve the right to respectfully decline any reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar. **Some seasons or periods are from 3-7 minimum nights.** NO smoking is allowed inside or outside or any of our properties. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana or other drugs will result in a $500 fine. 5-7 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year Holiday season, and other peak convention periods. Reservations not accepted which include a check-in or check-out on holidays. Please note: The pool, spa and common areas are under the management of the Homeowners Association.
