The property boasts over 2,000 ft of indoor space and six outdoor patio and deck areas which offer extraordinary views of the surrounding forested mountains. (This is a clean and impeccably maintained home and why we have a one-pet maximum allowed.) A new beautifully designed outdoor cedar hot tub and deck sit under a 300 year old cedar tree and overlook a seasonal creek. The deck’s steps lead down into the forest. A cozy study and work desk area for creative projects. Just a few minutes from the picturesque town of Idyllwild, you are close to all the restaurants, shops and local galleries. The home is a two minute drive to several of the most picturesque and famous hikes in the San Jacinto mountains. Please keep in mind, although the home feels very private, we do have neighbors. No smoking on the premises. Our property is a beautiful place to shoot personal photos, and we welcome you to tag us @HavenIdyllwild Professional shoots, however, are priced at a different rate and must be cleared with us in advance of your stay. If you are in doubt, inquire first. Rates range from $1,500 to $5,000 per day. Please, do not try to sneak a shoot - the security camera at Haven is monitored by a 24-hour security team for our properties and we will be alerted to any indication of a film shoot being done. Unauthorized shoots will be charged at $5,000 a day. Other things to note Please note: One pet max. $500 pet deposit required returned 24-hours after check-out. Also, during winer, we do get snow fall and the roads can be covered in snow or ice. Always check the weather and road conditions and, if coming during the winter months, have snow chains and/or and all-wheel or 4x4 vehicle. One pet maximum and all pets must have own bed and not left unattended in home or be allowed on furniture or bedding.
