This home is very comfortable & clean and offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is convenient to all the amenities in The Woodlands, 45 min north of Houston and a short drive to Lake Conroe to go jet skiing or fishing. Hughes Landing offers world class dining and is just a short drive from the house. Whether your stay is for business or pleasure you will enjoy your stay here! This home is a great place to relax inside & out. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and walking trails. The home itself is comfortable for up to 6 guests. The formal dining room was converted into office space to accommodate our longer term guests that work from home. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. All the flooring has been changed to new vinyl plank. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 that have king sized beds, one with a queen and the 4th bedroom has a double bed in it. The main living area has lots of quality leather seating and a big screen TV with netflix available. The back yard has a couple of decks, and a fabulous pool to swim in. There is a BBQ on the back patio as well for our guests to use. We do interim housing for our clients so our minimum stay is 30 days. Parking is in the driveway only unless you bring bicycles...those can go in the garage. There is parking for one car in the garage but please make arrangements when you book thanks. I am available as needed and am a short drive away. Our home is located in The Woodlands. A master planned community with lots of walking trails, trees, golf courses, and a waterway and world class dining. You can kayak at Lake Woodlands or enjoy a festival in the park. Just check the calendar for Woodlands events. You'll need to have a car or you can Uber or call the Eco taxi for a ride around the community. It's about a 15 walk to Town Center or the mall.
