Contemporary Woodlands Retreat with Pool

Enjoy your private Airbnb retreat with pool located in the front of The Woodlands, in Grogan's Mill near Town Center. This home is very comfortable & clean and offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is convenient to all the amenities in The Woodlands, 45 min north of Houston and a short drive to Lake Conroe to go jet skiing or fishing. Hughes Landing offers world class dining and is just a short drive from the house. Whether your stay is for business or pleasure you will enjoy your stay here! The space This home is a great place to relax inside & out. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and walking trails. The home itself is comfortable for up to 6 guests. The formal dining room was converted into office space to accommodate our longer term guests that work from home. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. All the flooring has been changed to new vinyl plank. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 that have king sized beds, one with a queen and the 4th bedroom has a double bed in it. The main living area has lots of quality leather seating and a big screen TV with netflix available. The back yard has a couple of decks, and a fabulous pool to swim in. There is a BBQ on the back patio as well for our guests to use. We do interim housing for our clients so our minimum stay is 30 days. Guest access All of this home is for our guests includes parking in the garage and an automatic garage door opener remote upon request. There is a 4 inch step going into garage so be careful. Other things to note There are 4 exterior cameras (one that views pool one on each side of the house, and one for front yard) and a ring doorbell. No interior cameras.
