We would like our guest to enjoy all the amenities that we have to provide during this their stay but we do not allow huge blowout get together’s Close friends and family coming over for a drink before getting out for the night is absolutely fine and welcome but loud groups are not!! NO GLITTER allowed!! NO LOCAL MEMPHIS RESERVATIONS will accepted unless pre -approved!! We have the discretion to cancel the reservation if made by a local!! We allow Local Memphians only if it’s thru an insurance company or for stays longer than 2 weeks !! Bedroom 1 : Queen bed with an amazing pillow top mattress and storage drawers under the bed Bedroom 2 : A beautiful day bed and a twin bed And a queen size air mattress!! Sunroom- we have a comfortable futon for 1 NO SMOKING AT ALL INSIDE THE PREMISES!! A $150 fee will be charged if we find any evidence of smoking We have smart TVs & guest are welcome to use their own logins to stream !! We also have a beautiful Weber copper charcoal (charcoal not provided) grill in the backyard with seating for eight BOTH SIDES CAN BE RENTED Please messages us on the app if both sides of the duplex need to be on the same reservation to avoid double booking fees ! Guest access THE ENTIRE SPACE IS FOR OUR GUEST TO ENJOY INCLUDING THE BACK YARD!! THE BACKYARD IS THE ONLY SPACE THAT GUEST MIGHT HAVE TO SHARE SINCE THIS PROPERTY IS A DUPLEX!!
