Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises; any violations will result in a $500 penalty. All guests will be required to submit the registration form emailed immediately after the booking. This registration form allows the guests to acknowledge the rule related to the property. Guests must submit their email address for access to their guest portal.
