This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse has everything you will need to feel at home while in Orlando. The master bedroom, with it's own private bathroom, is separated from the other 2 bedrooms. The bunk bedroom is Harry Potter themed. With Harry Potter bedding, posters and banners. Master bedroom: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: One Full Double bed and one twin beds (Bunk bed) Harry Potter Theme room. Common area: Sofa queen pull out bed. All the beds have super comfortable memory foam mattresses. Many guest rave about the mattress and even ask where they can buy it for their own home. This is important after a long day at the park, you want a super comfortable bed to rest in. High quality sheets. Stocked with plenty of towels as well as towels for the pool/beach. There is a large screen TV in the living room and TVs in all the bedrooms. All TVs have Roku Smart TV capability where you can walk Netflix, youtube and hundreds of other channels and programing. No cable TV needed when we have Roku Smart TV. The house also has free wifi. The kitchen is stocked with all the standard items needed to make a hot meal. We also have a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, air fryer and plenty of dishes, bowls and silverware. LOCATION: Amazing location just across the street from Universal! You can save $20 a day by not having to park at Universal. You can easily walk to across the street to Portofino Bay hotel or Hard Rock hotel and take their boat to Universal. The walk to Portofino Bay should take you less than 10 mins. If you want to skip the boats, you can walk across the street and turn right onto Celebrity Circle and that will place you at the entrance to Universal Studios. This walk is 0.6 miles and will take you about 13 mins. The house is also walking distance to Walgreens Pharmacy, Starbucks and other restaurants. A few minutes drive to Super Walmart, Publix grocery store, Mall at Millenia (high end mall) and Premium Outlet shopping. We are also a few minutes drive to the Convention Center and International Drive. Also remember that the nightlife at Universal's city walk is within walking distance, there are clubs, restaurants, bars, movies and live music. POOL: the pool is an outside pool in the back yard. It is professionally maintained once a week. Because it is an outside pool, leaves may fall in the pool between pool cleanings. This does not mean the pool is “dirty” in anyway. Obviously, we can’t be there everyday day to clean out the leaves in the pool daily. We just ask if you want to use the pool and the leaves bother you, please use the scooper net to remove the leaves. Upon booking: You will be asked to provide your email and phone number. You will be asked to provide a valid ID. You will be asked to provide an image of the credit card used for booking, showing your name and the last 4 digit of the card used. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement and credit authorization form. Baby cribs and playpens are an additional charge. Early check in and late check out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check in/out. You have the entire place to yourself. We have a garage and driveway where you can park your cars. Quiet residential neighborhood across the street from Universal Property Uber’s are a great way to explore the town if you didn’t get a rental car. Universal is literally across the street. It’s a 10 minutes walk to get to the entertainment park of Universal. The convention center is about 7 minutes drive. Outlet shopping is 5 minutes away. Sea world is about 10 minutes away and Disney is about 15 minutes away. ATTENTION: If you are booking for April or May 2020, Please check with us first BEFORE booking. Florida is currently under an emergency stay at home order and vacation rental properties can only be rented out to persons performing military, emergency, governmental, health or infrastructure response, or travelers engaged in non-vacation commercial activities. This law is for April and may Extend to May. So PLEASE MESSAGE US FIRST BEFORE BOOKING if your intended stay falls in April or May of 2020. There is a pool so please be super careful with kids. Please keep doors and gates closed and locked.DO NOT leave kids under 18 alone in pool area. The swimming pool is open daily from 9am-9pm. Please respect these timings for the neighbors sake NO PARTIES! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY TO THROW A PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party. No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. No smoking in the house. NO VAPING. $500 fee for any smoke odor. NO OPEN FLAMES/NO CANDLES Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am. DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity. Please remove shoes upon entering the house. We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21 We use an electronic bluetooth key. You will download an app onto your smart phone which you will use as your key to lock and unlock the house. This is much more secure than handing each guest a physical key. This prevents any previous guest from gaining access to the house. There is a pet fee. Please discuss at booking. Any unclaimed pet will be a $300 fee. We are in compliance with ADA and FHA. Just make sure you have the proper paperwork. POOL: the pool is an outside pool in the back yard. We will confirm with our ISP that there is not an outage first. We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you. Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as: dish soap dishwasher pods One kitchen sponge laundry detergent trash bags In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest. Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also house hold cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
