Newport Island home with dock and sunset patio!

This cozy 3-bedroom home is located right on the canal in Newport Island and is perfect for a fun-filled family vacation. The look & feel of the house is quintessential to Newport Beach and its patio makes an ideal spot for sunset BBQ's or simply relaxing on the sunloungers watching the world go-by. With the beach only a 3-minute walk away and a private dock to go paddle boarding, you won't run out of activities to do in this fun and lively area. The space Newport Island is a unique island which is a little gem of Newport Beach. The patio has southern exposure and the sunsets are limitless. There is a wonderful little park just steps away which has a basketball court, children’s playground & BBQ’s. There is designated parking for TWO cars in the driveway! Guest access You have access to the whole front house, patio, dock & driveway for 2 cars. (There is Duffy on our dock that is not part of the rental.) There is a back studio and garage but you do not have access to that. Other things to note The living room has a 80 Inch plasma with Apple TV. The master bedroom also has a 40 inch plasma with Apple TV. **Guests must use their own Apple account to login** We do not have air conditioning but ceiling fans are in every room!
