★Nordic MN Apartment with private laundry!★

Lower level (basement) apartment with separate entrances and easy self check-in + separate laundry! (Guests are above) Great guest suite with all you need - that's also close to everything! This is the lower level of the house. Guests are above so you may hear footsteps, water running, talking, etc. It’s fairly sound proofed though, so you don’t have to worry about being too quiet, but we do ask that you agree to quiet hours from 10pm-8am and be respectful. 1 garage stall available to park inside. A total of 2-3 cars can fit off street, otherwise street parking is allowed as long as it does not snow. 2 FULL bathrooms! Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cooking ware, etc. Our apartment is available for extended (a month or more) stays, however it is probably most optimal for shorter stays. **please note** 2 bedrooms, although one bedroom is used to access(walk through) to the living room and 2nd bedroom/bathroom otherwise each space is private when doors are shut. The 2nd bedroom does not have a traditional closet, however there is a clothes rack for you. Backyard is a beautiful space that you're welcome to enjoy - sit by the pond, or lounge on the lower deck. (November through March pond will be mostly drained) 5-10 minutes to: Bunker Hills Park and Trail System Bunker Hills Wave Pool and Waterpark Bunker Hills Golf Course Majestic Oaks Golf Course Restaurants Shopping - Target, Walmart, Groceries (5mins) TJMAXX, Ulta, DSW, Men's Warehouse, Kohls, Costco, JC Penny, and more (10mins) Crooked Lake 15 minutes to: Blaine Sports Center 30-45 Minutes to: Airports MOA Downtown Access is easy all through a keypad - total self-check-in, and everything is separate of hosts! We can often offer earlier check in/check out depending on other bookings. Early check in before 1pm (if able to do it) and check outs later than 12pm would be an additional $25 fee for our cleaner to come at a different time. To access the apartment, there are about 10 steps to the separate entrance. We ask that guests wash their own dishes (or run the dishwasher) and take out the trash. We have white carpet and rugs, please have shoes removed at all time. It is $10 additional/night for each guest after 2. Pond is "closed" November through April
