Towels for each guest, clean bedding on each bed, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer tabs, Free and Clear laundry detergent, dryer sheets, firewood, and propane for the gas grill make this secluded retreat truly enjoyable. The space The house is located in a beautiful private wooded setting across the street from Round Pond. You will enjoy the warm wood interior and abundant sunshine throughout home. The hot tub, just steps from the back door, is nice after a long day of skiing or hiking. 10 mins to Bethel,ME which is North America's #1 ski town according to Forbes Magazine. In the summer, we have two inflatable stand up paddle boards for your use. I can also arrange for two additional stand up paddle boards, for an additional fee, that includes a kayak seat for those not comfortable with stand up paddle boarding. The paddle boards do come with life jackets and paddles also. If you want to enjoy a bike ride to the town beach, Maggie Nature Park's hiking trails, or the Local Hub, we have a big kid's bike, a women's mountain bike, and a men's beach cruiser for our guests. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and one small shed Other things to note Ultra High Speed Wifi Internet The chalet's WIFI is equipped with 400mbps Spectrum Ultra High Speed internet. Everyone in your group will be able to stream video from their own device. This speed is capable of high quality video conferencing for your remote office. Children under the age of 18 stay for free. I will not charge you for the extra guest fee for having any children in your group. I only consider adults as chargable guests. So when you have 12 in your group and that includes children, just book the dates with only the adults in your group and consider the kids are staying for free. * I charge an extra fee for all adults over 8 guests in one group.
