Kawartha Lakes, Burnt River Waterfront Cottage

Waterfront 3 Bedroom cottage on beautiful Burnt river with the direct access to the Trent Severn Waterway and Cameron Lake. Amazing Victoria Trail right near the cottage. The cottage offers you nice privacy in quiet area with a lot of amenities and activities around the cottage. Enjoy morning sunrise, sitting right near the water and evening campfire under the stars. Enjoy cycling, hiking, canoeing, swimming, or explore the extensive network of trails in the surrounding area. The space Our cottage offers you a big and bright kitchen with a lot of room for lounging, great living room area and 3 bedrooms. All amenities including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. In the master suite, there is a queen bed; the second bedroom has 2 twin side beds; the third has a double bed . Also, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Therefore, 6 people can sleep comfortably, plus at least two kids. New mattresses, blankets and pillows. We have Starlink Internet. There is cell phone service for most providers. The river has clear, beautiful, warm freshwater. The river is deep right off the dock. There are stairs which allow you to get in and out of the water. With a ramp access nearby, you also can dock your boat near the cottage. Enjoy the cottage private life with Fenelon Falls just 10 min drive with one of the best ice creams in the country, as well as museums, nice restaurants, LCBO and brewery. Public Garnet Graham Beach Park just 15 min drive. We also have a nice fire pit with Muskoka chairs and a volleyball playground that we will also post later. Water is from a well is good for shower, wash dishes etc. Bring your own drinking, bottled water for tea, coffee. We provide only hand towels in the washroom. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR THE SHOWER.
