You will love the curated mid-century modern interior design, the luscious desert landscaping, the beautiful view of the famous Palm Springs tramway’s frequent trips to the San Jacinto mountain peak and sunsets from the deck or from the heated saltwater pool and spa. Airbnb’s booking fee is inclusive (not added to your total). The space Our home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, 5mn drive from the downtown area. The living room, with sliding doors opening on the pool deck, is a beautiful bright space. The view from the saltwater pool on the San Jacinto mountain is magical, especially during sunsets, with the famous Palm Springs tramway visible as it makes it’s way up and down from the peak of the San Jacinto mountain. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: - 1 king bedroom (king size bed) with private full bathroom - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed - 1 bedroom with a full bed There is a 750 sq ft wood deck off of the pool with multiple sun loungers and bbq area with lush landscaping throughout. The fee to heat the pool to 87/90 degrees is varies by the season. Please inquire. Reverse osmosis filtered drinking water in kitchen with water softener filtration throughout the home.
