Cute URI Cape Short Drive to Beaches

Comfortable layout with 2 BR and 1 bath p/ floor. Close to all, yet peaceful. Great for URI visits, family gatherings, and beach goers. 10 minutes to beaches, kayaking, fishing, or Block Island ferry. Newport is a 15-20 min drive. Plus, variety of coffee shops, fast dining, convenience stores, and yoga within 5-min walk. Our fenced yard allows dogs up to 50 lbs to come along. Window ACs in BRs except the smaller 1st floor BR has fan only. A portable unit cools living area. The space The house is efficiently laid out, with 2 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and both drip and French press coffee pots. It also comes stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. In the comfortable living room you will find a 50-inch Roku-enabled TV to allow you to log in to all of your favorite apps and streaming choices. We provide bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen linens, plus essentials like soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use. The laundry closet is located opposite the refrigerator in the kitchen. The paved driveway accommodates 5 cars. There is also a one-car garage available for use during longer stays. Other things to note A maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 pounds each are welcome. $50 pet fee (per pet) applies to all stays. Dogs must remain supervised and on leash at all times outside the house.
