Located in the beautiful Solana Resort, enjoy your own private home, with private pool, with all of the amenities of a resort community. Only 15 minutes to Disney! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has its own private pool with spill over spa surrounded by a lanai, game room, parking and is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The common areas of the resort include a fitness centre, tiki bar with bar service, heated resort sized pool, mini putt and pickle ball courts. The space Alternatively, if you are a bit more adventurous there is the 'climbing ribbon' which is very popular with older children. We are also delighted the tot-lot/playpark is now fully installed and open for use and is a fantastic addition to the resort facilities for younger kids. Next to the pool is a picnic area with barbecues so you can bring your lunch down to the pool too or have dinner watching the fabulous sunsets that Solana enjoys. Inside the air-conditioned clubhouse there is a lovely large lounge area with a widescreen television which is perfect for relaxing out of the heat. If you want to burn off some energy there is a fantastic fitness room with all the popular equipment free for Solana guests use - cycling machines, running machines and multi-gym amongst others. There are computers and free wifi for checking your e-mails, keeping in touch with home or work, or making plans for a day out and about at the theme parks or other many other attractions that are nearby. The clubhouse also offers free wireless internet access if you wish to use your own laptop/ipad either inside or out by the pool. For those that like arcade games there is a games room that has both popular modern arcade games along with a more traditional hockey game and pinball machines. Other things to note If pool/spa heat requested, there is a $40 charge Per day with a 4 day minimum. The service needs to be added in order for the spillover spa to be heated as a “hot tub“ as well. This feature operates off of the pool heater. Otherwise the spa stays the same temperature as the pool water. If this is not set up prior to your stay there is an additional $50 service fee charged by the property manager to come back to set it up. There will be a separate rate premium applied depending on the time of year of your booking. This fee is a $250/stay for high season. This would apply to popular holiday stays like Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE. However, that will be discussed and finalized at the time of booking. It will not be added automatically.
