**Home cleaned and disinfected following COVID-19 guidelines provided by CDC/Airbnb** Charming 3 bed, 1 bath. Feel at home with your own private laundry, full size kitchen, spa like bathroom and private office/workspace. This place is perfect for both work and leisure getaways. Walking distance from stores, shops, restaurants, and parks. 3 minutes from Highways 125, 94, and 8. Centrally located and less than 15 minutes from downtown San Diego. The space Home has tons of charm. This is a Three Bedroom, One bathroom. Very bright and comfortable complete with fantastic skylights throughout house. Bathroom has separate shower and tub with spa like massage shower head fixtures and double vanity. Classic cabinet design with well stocked kitchen. 3 spacious bedrooms with great natural light. Location is wonderful as our house is walking distance to grocery stores, shopping centers, boutique shops and nearby restaurants. Guest access Front main house is private. Guest will be provided a unique key code that allows access to only the front house during reservation stay. There are two rental units on our property; the front main house and a detached Guesthouse (Studio) in the back of the property. There is also a small storage room attached to the backside of the main house which only the owner and property manager will have access to. We ask that each guest respect our house rules and also the privacy of other guests sharing the property as well. There is a shared backyard and patio area. However, we are in the planning/demo stages of remodeling so we respectfully ask guests to not use the backyard for the time being. For families with kids, there is a really nice park that is a little less than a block away and has been recently renovated - our kids love the park (park address will be sent during confirmed reservation). Other things to note 1. Only street parking available for guests. Driveway/Garage reserved for house owner and property manager. There is ample street parking and you should have no problems finding a park. However, please be mindful of “how you park” to ensure other neighbors/guests can have access to a park as well. 2. Coffee provided to guest; however breakfast not included. 3. Pack - N - Play offered to families with small toddlers and babies (additional $15 for entire reservation). 4. Queen size air mattress offered if needed (additional $10 per night charge) 5. Please keep noise level down when leaving and/or returning home to ensure other guests/neighbors are not disturbed while resting. 6. Disclaimer: Property isn’t Handicap accessible. Guests will need to be able to walk up small set of stairs (6 steps in total).
