PLEASE NOTE: Please write the correct amount of guests when booking. We do not charge for extra guests up until our Maximum of 6 occupants, but we need to know how many to accommodate your group correctly we do not allow parties. This cottage includes everything you could need. The bathroom has a shower (no tub) but there is a baby tub for our littlest guests. Take a stroll around the lake and enjoy the views. Although you can’t see the lake from the property it’s Just a short 3 minute walk from the doorstep. Relax by the fire or take a nap in the hammock in the backyard. There's also a grill to prepare meals, an herb garden. We also include bikes in the shed so feel free to take them on a trip around the lake. Three adult bikes and helmets provided and one child bike. We also include a starter pack of firewood. Please note that access to the third bedroom with twin beds is located through the second bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioner and space heater so the temperature is always right. PLEASE NOTE!!!! This is a lake community but this property does not have lake access. You are able to walk and bike around the lake. However, feel free to bring your water gear there is a local swim spot 5 minutes away (by car) at Sand Beach in highland lake, or there are some great kayak and tubing spots at the Mongaup DEC access area. also to know. This area is RURAL. You are in a small lake area community with lots of little cottages. You will need a vehicle to get places. Check out the guide book for great local finds and I’m always here to give any and all recommendations. Although there is cell service and Wi-Fi in the house. Things like Ubers, food delivery, etc. may be spotty, so feel free to reach out with any questions when booking. Guest access Guest can use the fire pit in back. There will be a starter supply of firewood. Pets are allowed and we will provide a welcome basket for our 4 legged guests. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet. There is a $50, per stay up to 2 pets . We also can provide some babies items please let us know if there is something special you may need and we can see if we have those items.
